New York's 25th Congressional District covers most of Monroe County, NY.

The 25th District has a rich history in American manufacturing and is a proud home to numerous international businesses such as Eastman Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, Paychex, Wegmans and Hickey Freeman.

In addition, the 25th Congressional District is home to numerous innovative companies that are pioneering the fields of biotechnology, nanotechnology and optics. At sites like the Eastman Business Park, these firms are creating the American manufacturing jobs of the future.

The 25th Congressional District is also home to some of the world's premiere colleges and universities such as the University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology. It is also home to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the largest technical college of in the world for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
