Congresswoman Louise Slaughter, Chairwoman of the House Rules Committee, presided over the Rules meeting for the historic Democratic health care reform bill at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 6. The Rules Committee has voted to bring the bill to the floor, where it is scheduled to receive debate and a vote on Saturday, November 7. |
